The room was well appointed, clean, beautiful and nicely, simply decorated. Room was also quiet, which is hard to achieve in many hotels in Palermo. Service was attentive at every turn. Every request was met with a smile. The daily in-room breakfast was wonderful, perfect start to the day. Excellent stay. I will return to this hotel!

The receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The rooms are super comfortable and so nice decor. The breakfast room also has a beautiful view. It was hard to leave behind this beauty, next time we will stay longer.
